The Ministry of Science and ICT is stepping up cooperation with the Ministry of Education to foster synthetic intelligence (AI) talent.

The Ministry of Science and ICT and the Ministry of Education on April 24 held the primary assembly of the “dedicated task force (TF) for cooperation on AI talent development” on the National Science and Technology Advisory Council’s major convention room.

The TF was shaped as a follow-up measure to final month’s casual assembly on talent coverage held between Vice Prime Minister Bae Kyung-hoon (배경훈), who additionally serves as minister of science and ICT, and Education Minister Choi Kyo-jin (최교진).
