Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, Dr Kingsley Tochukwu Udeh (SAN), has praised the administration of Projects Development Institute (PRODA), Enugu State, underneath Dr Peter Ogbobe, for “restoring the institute’s research and creative ingenuity”.
