According to an arrest report from the Miami Beach Police Department, the investor, whose full identify is Joshua Chad Koren, confirmed up on the lady’s condominium on West Avenue Monday night with “extremely concerning items“ in a bag: ”two new attire, two folding knives, a can of pepper spray and a (Sabre) stun gun.”
