ST. LOUIS – Six members of the Ball State males’s swimming & diving program have been named to the 2026 Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete Team, introduced by the league Thursday afternoon (March 12). 

Representing the Cardinals are seniors Jacob Siewers and Benjamin Clarkston, junior Aidan Biddle, and sophomores Nathan Harper, Mitchell Mauck and Luke Pryor.

The standards for the MVC Scholar-Athlete Team voting parallels the CSC (College Sports Communicators) requirements for Academic All-America nominations. To be nominated, a student-athlete will need to have a 3.50 cumulative GPA, each as an undergraduate and graduate scholar, the place relevant. If a GPA has not been established as a switch scholar, the cumulative GPA from the nominees’ earlier establishment have to be used. Student-athletes have to be a minimum of a sophomore in tutorial and athletic standing. Redshirt freshmen aren’t eligible. Eligible nominees should compete in a minimum of 4 competitions OR end within the top-eight individually on the Conference championship, or be a member of a top-three relay group on the occasion.
