Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology’s Vice Chancellor, Prof. Solomon Shibairo and the University of Bari Aldo Moro’s (UniBA) Rector, Prof. Roberto Bellotti, have signed a Collaborative Agreement. The Collaborative Agreement establishes a structured framework for long-term cooperation between MMUST and UniBA, with focus areas together with joint analysis initiatives, employees and pupil mobility, innovation partnerships, and participation in worldwide funding programmes. The signing ceremony was graced by the Kenyan Ambassador to Italy, Amb. Fredrick Lusambili Matwang’a.

The Agreement marks a important milestone in MMUST’s internationalization agenda below the Project WAter enerGy fOod Nexus 2 Africa (WAGON2Africa-TNE23-00067), which is funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research.
