Secretary of State Marco Rubio has mentioned that the US is investigating an alleged shooting of 4 closely armed people who tried to “infiltrate” Cuban territory. Cuban authorities mentioned in a press release that the passengers had been Cuban residents of the US on a Florida-registered speedboat.
