Syracuse, N.Y.- Le Moyne College Assistant Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletes and Campus Recreation Phil Brown has introduced the hiring of Madison Kaifas-Steiner ’22 because the Assistant Athletic Director for Recreation/Club Sports and Head Spirit Coach.
“There is something special about welcoming an alumna back to lead our Spirit program. She knows what it means to represent Le Moyne with pride, and now she returns to build a program for the next generation of Dolphins.” Said Brown
Prior to becoming a member of the Dolphins, she served because the Program Advisor for the Institute of Veterans and Military Families at Syracuse University. Along with being the Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Williamsville North High School and Assistant Varsity Cheerleading Coach at Kenmore West High School. Madison earned a bachelor’s diploma in Psychology in 2022 from Le Moyne College.
“I am incredibly excited to launch our Spirit Program and build a strong foundation rooted in fundamentals, discipline, and consistency. Our goal is to develop a program that not only prioritizes skill development and performance excellence but also fully embodies the Le Moyne Inside the L culture. We look forward to increasing engagement across campus, supporting our athletic teams, and creating an energetic game-day environment that brings our entire community together.” Said Kaifas-Steiner.
Madison resides in Syracuse together with her Fiancé Mike and canine Jaxon.
