Emily Heller was making breakfast in her Minneapolis dwelling when she first seen ICE brokers quarrelling with protesters on her road.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement brokers have been yelling at a girl driving an SUV, Heller instructed NCS’s Erin Burnett on Wednesday.
