Two Palestinians, one in every of them a 14-year-old boy, have been shot and killed at a college within the occupied West Bank amid an assault by Israeli settlers, the Palestinian Health Ministry and a number of eyewitnesses mentioned. The Israeli navy claimed the incident began after rocks have been thrown at a car carrying a number of Israeli passengers, together with a reserve soldier, whom the navy mentioned, “exited the vehicle and opened fire at suspects in the area.” The navy advised NCS the reservist had been suspended and it has opened an investigation.
