Lawmaker briefed on double-tap strike: ‘One of the most troubling things I’ve seen’

During a non-public briefing with lawmakers, high navy officers have been requested about the controversial strike of a ship in the Caribbean allegedly carrying medicine. Democratic Congressman Rep. Jim Himes stated the video they watched of the strike was “one of the most troubling things I’ve seen in my time in public service.”
