Korea and Denmark have agreed to hunt alternatives to broaden cooperation in rising sectors, together with AI, hydrogen and climate expertise, the science ministry stated Wednesday.

 

First Vice Science Minister Koo Hyuk-chae met with Mikael Hemniti Winther, the Danish ambassador to Korea, in Seoul on the day to change concepts on increasing bilateral exchanges in science and expertise amid rising international competitors, in response to the Ministry of Science and ICT.

 


“Denmark is a leading player in Northern Europe, in terms of innovation, with great potential for cooperation with Korea,” Koo stated in a launch, expressing hope for nearer ties with Denmark inside international frameworks, equivalent to Horizon Europe, a analysis funding program.

 

The two officers exchanged views on their respective nations’ insurance policies on AI, hydrogen and climate expertise, and mentioned the necessity to establish areas for sensible cooperation in the long run.

 

“We hope the two countries continue exchanges and cooperation in the science and technology sector,” Koo added.
