Kiss the Frog, a pioneering digital design agency, has delivered an array of interactives powered by Experios, its visitor experience operating system, for the new exhibition Soccer: More Than a Game at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science in Dallas, US.
Kiss the Frog was commissioned to design and develop 20 interactive challenges for the 10,000-square-foot exhibition exploring sport, science, and know-how.

These challenges flip scientific ideas, equivalent to biomechanics, knowledge science, and physics, into tactile, enjoyable experiences for friends of all ages, demonstrating Kiss the Frog’s experience in combining bodily motion with superior digital environments.
Alexander Zwennes, director at Kiss the Frog, says: “At Kiss the Frog, we are constantly pushing the boundaries of how physical play and digital layers coexist.
“We used our Experios platform to create a personalised journey, serving to each customer uncover their very own distinctive identification and priceless position inside the world of soccer.”
Dr. Linda Silver, Eugene McDermott chief executive officer at Perot Museum, says: “Soccer: More Than a Game captures the power, creativity, and collaboration that outline each science and sport.”
RFID-driven personalisation
Kiss the Frog’s interactives include the C.L.E.A.T.S. lab, which offers a behind-the-scenes glimpse into soccer careers, such as materials science and data analytics, and makes STEM learning accessible.
Physical play and AI come together in the stadium builder, where Lego creations become futuristic soccer arenas. And in the mascot dance-off, poses earn points as guests design and dance as their team’s mascot, then receive a personalised, shareable performance video.
Additionally, the field is lava offers a high-energy challenge where players work together on both a field and a console to score goals and defeat a digital volcano. This requires exact integration of fast-paced action and collaborative strategy.
The extensive visitor engagement, powered by Kiss the Frog’s Experios platform, is key to the project’s success. RFID wristbands deliver a smooth, customised journey from first entry to the locker room, enabling check-in at stations, interaction in a preferred language, and progress tracking.
Experios uses data on the guest’s speed, accuracy, creativity, and teamwork to provide a personalised digital summary that suggests a particular career in the soccer industry that reflects their performance and interests.
This data-driven approach both enhances the guest experience and extends the museum’s reach by providing a shareable digital souvenir using a QR code or email.
