Kamala Harris says she ‘might’ run for president in 2028. Is she what Democrats are looking for?

Several potential Democratic presidential contenders appeared this week on the National Action Network conference, together with the celebration’s 2024 nominee. But Molly Ball tells the Inside Politics panel Kamala Harris might have a tough path in a Democratic main. “My sense of the Democratic base is they don’t think she was treated fairly. They don’t really blame her for the loss of the election, at the same time they’re ready for something new. They’re ready for fresh blood.”
