JAMMU, Apr 18: The Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Jammu Chapter performed a world seminar in on-line mode on “Transformative Role of Technology in Governance Landscape: Some Reflections.”
The seminar was organised to deal with the urgent problem of bridging the hole between high-level technique and ground-level execution in governance and public sector reform. On this event, the keynote tackle was delivered by Prof T V Rao, Chairman of T V Rao Learning Systems Pvt Ltd.
First technical session on ‘Technology and Governance Landscape of Jammu and Kashmir’ was moderated by former Director General of Police, J&Okay, Kuldeep Khoda, with Dr Ashok Bhan, former Director General of Police (Intelligence), because the eminent speaker. Second technical session targeted on ‘AI and Human-Centric Learning’ and was moderated by Prof Hardeep Chahal.
The speaker was Srivatsa Kadaba from Singapore, an govt facilitator specializing in high-stakes communication and behavioural technique. Third technical session on ‘Workplace Inclusivity and Social Responsibility’ was moderated by Prof Feza Tabassum Azmi from FMSR, AMU.
Sripriyaa Venkataraman from Singapore, COO & Director-Innovation at Tripura Multinational and Global Coaching Lab, deliberated on a variety of points. The final technical session was on ‘HR Technology and Future of Work’, moderated by Prof Jeevan Jyoti. Rashmi Gogna from Singapore, a management transformation and govt coach, was the primary useful resource particular person.
Earlier, Prof Hardeep Chahal welcomed the company, and Prof Ashok Aima offered an outline of the theme of the worldwide seminar and the actions of the ISTD Jammu Chapter.

The occasion was organized underneath the mentorship of Prof Okay S Chandrasekar by Team ISTD Jammu Chapter together with Dr Sanjay Kumar, college members of Cluster University of Jammu, Prof Vishal Sharma, Dean, School of Social Sciences and others.
