The 2025 Indonesia International Science and Invention Competition, held from November 12 to fifteen, drew greater than 800 groups from 24 nations. Iranian scholar groups stood out with three gold medals and a particular award, competing alongside main scientific nations.
Mehdi Rashidi-Jahan, head of Iran’s scholar science groups, praised the scholars’ exceptional achievements. “Over 800 teams from 24 countries competed in this year’s event. Our student inventors earned three gold medals, marking a rare honor and placing Iran among the top global leaders in science and technology,” he stated.
The competition featured members from the United States, China, South Korea, Mexico, Taiwan, Malaysia, Canada, Luxembourg, Turkey, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Iran’s groups competed in biotechnology, know-how and synthetic intelligence schooling, arithmetic, engineering, chemistry, and nanotechnology, attaining prime honors alongside main scientific powers.
Rashidi-Jahan introduced the medal winners: Raman Nafarieh earned a gold medal and a particular award in biotechnology. The engineering staff, consisting of Radin Abbasi and Sam Rashidi, received a gold medal, whereas Matin Hayati acquired a gold medal in know-how and synthetic intelligence, distinguishing himself among the many subject’s finest.
