The “Lakshya 2047” centre, developed with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Ethnotech and Cambridge University Press and Assessment, will prepare college students throughout 9 expertise domains and provide globally recognised certifications, Singh stated.
AI and skilling push
Singh stated the India AI Mission, launched in 2024, was constructing infrastructure round compute capability, datasets, innovation and future abilities. He additionally stated India now ranked third globally in the startup ecosystem and had crossed 100,000 patents, most of them filed by Indian residents.
