After days of questioning by authorities in the Bahamas, Brian Hooker, the husband of missing American Lynette Hooker, was released with out expenses. Benjamin Chew, co-lead counsel for Johnny Depp in his defamation trial, weighs in, saying that though Hooker was released, he’s not in the clear. Chew says there may be an “overwhelming amount of circumstantial evidence of foul play here,” including that “he’s not out of the woods.”
