The numbers “8647” — a phrase usually used to sign opposition to President Donald Trump — appeared etched into the grass on the National Mall on Thursday, days earlier than large crowds are anticipated in the space for a UFC match on Trump’s birthday on Sunday.

Live webcam images from the prime of the Washington Monument show the numbers showing as lifeless grass alongside a big portion of the Mall, east of the World War II Memorial. It’s not clear when the markings first appeared. The numbers weren’t seen in pictures from Getty Images of the National Mall taken on June 5.

The numbers have been used to sign opposition to Trump, although his administration has interpreted them as a menace in opposition to the president. In April, former FBI Director James Comey was indicted by the Department of Justice on costs of threatening the president for posting a picture on Instagram exhibiting the numbers spelled out in sea shells.

The quantity “86” is commonly used as a code in the restaurant business which means to do away with or take away an order or patron, whereas Trump is the forty seventh president.

NCS has reached out to the National Park Service and the Secret Service for remark.

The Secret Service deferred remark to the US Park Police, who the company stated was dealing with the investigation into the markings. The Park Police and the National Park Service didn’t instantly reply to a request for remark.
