Palestinian citizens of Israel are being killed at report charges — roughly one individual a day. Though they make up about 20% of the inhabitants, they account for greater than 80% of murder victims. The group says the federal government has did not stem the violence and that its inaction has helped spur a cycle of violence largely perpetrated by Arab crime teams.
