Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt and North Carolina Gov. Josh Stein need Congress to get out of the manner on immigration. Stitt informed NCS’s Dana Bash, “[The] federal government can’t do anything, they’re waiting till the midterms.” And Stein stated, “The challenge is Congress, Congress had a deal right on the table.”
