The Belarusian authorities has accepted the lists of nationwide and regional science and know-how packages for 2026–2030. The corresponding decision was signed by Prime Minister Alyaksandr Turchyn.
The packages have been fashioned in step with the precedence areas of scientific, technological and innovation exercise for the upcoming five-year interval. The paperwork have been ready following Alyaksandr Lukashenka’s instruction to make nationwide science extra practice-oriented.
In complete, 20 nationwide and six regional science and know-how packages have been accepted. To guarantee efficient commercialization of R&D outcomes, most tasks have been created with the participation of sectoral regulators: 17 of the 20 nationwide packages might be carried out below sectoral commissioning.
Each program specifies funding volumes — together with allocations from nationwide and native budgets — in addition to designated state prospects and lead implementing organisations.
According to the authorities press service, the implementation of the accepted packages is anticipated to:
• increase the technological degree and competitiveness of home merchandise, together with in equipment, robotics, drugs and biotechnology
• enhance innovation exercise throughout sectors and areas
