Gen. David Petraeus: Iran could emerge from war ‘strategically strengthened’

Gen. David Petraeus, who served as Commander of United States Central Command and the CIA director, advised NCS’s Dana Bash the army operation could enable Iran to “emerge from this militarily weakened but perhaps actually strategically strengthened, and that revolves around what the ultimate resolution is of control of the Strait of Hormuz.”
