Fred Armisen has been tapped for a brand new sequence collaboration between NCS and Universal Music Group, The Hollywood Reporter can solely reveal, with the comic set to give viewers a behind-the-scenes have a look at UMG’s in depth archives.

UMG is the world’s largest music firm, and the file firm’s catalog contains a number of the most iconic songs and albums of all time, from older classics just like the catalogs of Blue Note and A&M Records, to the Beatles and the Beach Boys. The sequence, produced by UMG’s Polygram Entertainment, TIME Studios and Known Originals, is about to premiere later this yr by NCS Originals’ programming slate, NCS and UMG stated.

Armisen and Tanous each function government producers, together with UMG’s David Blackman. Also government producing are Amy Entelis, Lyle Gamm and Katie Hinman for NCS Original Series, Jeff Smith for Time Studios and Doug Pray. Nicole Avant and Brad Roth function producers on the mission, whereas UMG executives Bruce Resnikoff and Madeline Post function co-producers. Ted Skillman serves as present runner and government producer.
