The French artist JR, recognized for his playful and sometimes large-scale installations, is unveiling one in all his largest initiatives thus far: ‘Wrapping’ Pont Neuf, the oldest standing bridge over the Seine in Paris, in a tribute to a well-known artwork undertaking by Christo and Jeanne-Claude.
