Glenn Juenke, a Camp Mystic safety guard, gave emotional testimony concerning the evening of the floods, when 27 younger children and counselors died. Juenke mentioned Dick Eastland, one of many camp’s co-owners who was killed within the flooding, didn’t order the younger ladies to larger floor throughout the devastating flooding.
