In an unique interview with NCS, former ICE legal professional Ryan Schwank alleges the agency is “teaching cadets to violate the Constitution” and pressured him to remain quiet about modifications to its training program. The Department of Homeland Security denies the claims, however Schwank says he spoke out as a result of he took an oath to the Constitution and believes authorities staff have an obligation to uphold it.
