In a press launch issued on Wednesday, the ministry mentioned complaints proceed to emerge that some schools are enrolling college students for the tutorial session 2083 forward of schedule and charging fees exceeding authorised limits, regardless of earlier warnings.
Citing provisions of the Education Act, the ministry instructed all involved schools to return unlawfully collected fees to college students.
