#DavosWithCNBCTV18 | Engineering and automation main ABB is trying to improve India’s contribution to its global revenues before 2030, because the group heads into 2026 with its largest order e-book ever, President and CEO Morten Wierod informed Shereen Bhan in an unique interview.
Wierod highlighted India’s management within the power growth part, noting that whereas the global power transition remains to be at an early stage, electrical energy demand is rising sharply as economies develop, dwelling requirements enhance, and knowledge centres develop.
Quoting Frank Sinatra’s music, “If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere,” Wierod underlined India’s competitiveness. He added that ABB’s ambition is to carry India’s share in global revenues effectively before 2030, noting, “I hope it will be earlier.”
