The Commission on Science and Technology for Development will maintain its 2025-2026 inter-sessional panel assembly with bodily participation on 17 November 2025, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 3 to six p.m.
The panel will deal with the precedence theme on Science, Technology and Innovation within the age of AI.
At the assembly, the Chair of the Working Group on Data Governance as Relevant for Development at All Levels will even report on the progress the Working Group has made.
The findings and suggestions of the panel will likely be thought-about on the twenty-ninth session of the Commission in 2026.
Participation and registration
Participants will embody representatives from nationwide Governments, worldwide organizations, the personal sector and civil society.
Representatives of different organizations, together with non-governmental organizations within the common and particular classes, ought to maintain consultative standing with the Economic and Social Council or have obtained accreditation from the World Summit on the Information Society.
