If Fox Sports radio host Colin Cowherd had management over the Pittsburgh Steelers, his first transfer could be to half methods eight-time Pro Bowl linebacker T.J. Watt.

Cowherd believes it is time for the Steelers to repeat their division rival and transfer on from their longtime cross rusher.
