CNBC tech reporter Steve Kovach is amongst these departing as a result of a restructuring.
He has been protecting Big Tech corporations equivalent to Apple and Microsoft.
“I joined as a writer and editor in 2018, without even a thought I’d make the jump to TV, perform live interviews on stage, launch a podcast, and so much more,” he wrote on social media.
Kovach beforehand was a senior correspondent at Business Insider. He joined that firm in 2010 as a know-how reporter and rose by means of the ranks in a wide range of roles, together with deputy editor of Tech Insider, which he helped launch in 2015. Additionally, he labored on programming for Business Insider’s annual Ignition convention.
Kovach is a graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and earned a twin diploma in Journalism and English.
