BEIJING, Oct. 24 (Xinhua) — The Recommendations of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) for Formulating the fifteenth Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development has outlined 4 preparations relating to sci-tech innovation from 2026 to 2030, Minister of Science and Technology Yin Hejun stated Friday.
These preparations are geared toward accelerating high-level sci-tech self-reliance, and guiding the event of recent high quality productive forces, Yin instructed a press convention.
The preparations embrace strengthening unique innovation and breakthroughs in core applied sciences, selling deep integration between scientific and industrial innovation, advancing the coordinated growth of schooling, sci-tech and expertise, and additional boosting the development of the Digital China initiative.
The twentieth CPC Central Committee convened its fourth plenary session in Beijing from Monday to Thursday. Participants on the session deliberated over and adopted the Recommendations of the CPC Central Committee for Formulating the fifteenth Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development, based on a communique of the session launched on Thursday. ■
