Sources inform NCS the House Ethics Committee is investigating Democratic Rep. Jimmy Gomez over allegations of sexual misconduct. Gomez denies breaking the regulation or any House ethics guidelines. He’s the most recent House member to both face investigation, or resign, amid allegations of sexual misconduct with staffers.
