CAA Football Weekly Awards – Oct. 20
RICHMOND, Va. (October 20, 2025) – CAA Football has introduced its weekly award winners for Week 8 of the 2025 season. Rhode Island redshirt junior quarterback Devin Farrell was chosen because the Offensive Player of the Week whereas Elon sophomore defensive finish Kahmari Brown and Rhode Island senior linebacker A.J. Pena shared Defensive Player of the Week honors. New Hampshire sophomore kicker Nick Reed was named Special Teams Player of the Week and William & Mary freshman defensive lineman Justin Krueger was chosen because the Rookie of the Week.
CAA Football Offensive Player of the Week
Devin Farrell, RJr., QB, Rhode Island (Stockbridge, Ga./Milton)
Farrell was 19-of-20 passing for 333 yards and 4 touchdowns in Rhode Island’s 58-17 win at UAlbany.
