ROSEMONT, Ill. – The Big Ten Conference acknowledged a complete of 1,127 college students on winter sports activities rosters who’ve been named to the 
Academic All-Big Ten Team
 Wednesday. 

The record of honorees contains 83 males’s and 119 girls’s basketball college students, 98 males’s ice hockey college students, 59 males’s and 146 girls’s gymnastics college students, 154 males’s and 251 girls’s swim and dive college students, and 217 wrestling college students. 

To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten choice, college students should be on a varsity staff (as verified by being on the official squad record as of March 1 for fall sports activities), have been enrolled full time on the establishment for no less than 12 months and carry a cumulative grade-point common of three.0 or increased. 

Among the winter Academic All-Big Ten honorees, 30 had unblemished GPAs:
