DHAKA, Jan 13, 2026 (BSS) – Bangladesh Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Coppin State University, USA, on the assembly room of the Ministry of Science and Technology at Bangladesh Secretariat right here as we speak.
