Tessy Thomas

Former Director General (Aeronautical Systems) on the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) Tessy Thomas has been chosen for the Kerala Sasthra Puraskaram for 2024 for her lifetime contributions and achievements within the space of science and know-how.
The award has been collectively instituted by the Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment, and Science and Technology division. It carries a handbag of ₹2 lakh, quotation and a memento.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan will current the award through the inaugural session of the thirty eighth Kerala Science Congress in Kochi on February 1.
