The prestigious listing is curated yearly by Condé Nast‘s editorial team and recognises the world’s greatest new lodges, eating places, cruise ships and experiences.
The recognition follows a profitable debut season, and the ships’ current function in Time Magazine‘s World’s Greatest Places 2026 list.
Named after the legendary Australian geologist and explorer, Douglas Mawson is a purpose-built expedition ship that blends the intimacy of small-ship exploration with the cutting-edge know-how designed for accountable journey.
