Building on UNESCO’s two normative frameworks – the 2017 Universal Declaration on the Ethical Principles in relation to the Climate Change, and the 2021 Recommendation on the Ethics of Artificial Intelligence – UNESCO will help governments and the nationwide stakeholders in addressing these two main challenges from the moral perspective. A specific consideration may also be paid to the ethics of science and know-how.
