Amritpal Singh and a world scholar, Phyo Thiri Aung, from Myanmar, each grasp’s students of Department of Food Science and Technology, Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), participated in the 4th Kuwait International Conference in Life Science, held on the University Conference Centre, Sabah Al-Salem University City, Kuwait, lately.

Both delivered oral displays showcasing their analysis on worth addition and processing applied sciences.

Amritpal offered his work on (*2*) underneath the steerage of Dr Poonam Aggarwal Sachdev, Principal Food Technologist, Department of Food Science and Technology.

Their work obtained appreciation from worldwide scientists and delegates for its scientific benefit and sensible relevance.
