Dimapur, March 20 (MExN): The Innovation Hub, Nagaland Science Centre below the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Nagaland organised the sixth Innovative Science Working Model Competition on March 20 on the Innovation Hub, Nagaland Science Centre, Dimapur.

The theme of the exhibition was “Understanding the bad roads of Nagaland: The intervention with grassroots innovation to make it better and persistent.”

Er. (*16*) Chakrüno, SDO, PWD (NH), attended the programme as particular visitor and in addition served because the chief decide of the exhibition.

Altogether 16 teams from faculties throughout Dimapur, Chumukedima and Wokha districts participated in the competition. Santsuo School, Wokha emerged because the winner, whereas PM Shri GHS Thahekhu secured the primary runners-up place. Highland Hall Higher Secondary School, Chumukedima completed because the second runners-up.

The winners obtained citations together with money prizes of Rs 7,000, Rs 5,000 and Rs 3,000 respectively.
