Sioux Falls-based Soo Sports is turning into a part of Vern Eide Marine.
The acquisition is anticipated to shut Sept. 8, when the enterprise will function beneath the title Soo Sports at Vern Eide Marine. The plan is to consolidate places within the coming weeks on the Vern Eide retailer at 4501 E. Arrowhead Parkway.
Soo Sports was based in 1969, promoting a number of boat and pontoon manufacturers, snowmobiles, weapons, trailers and TVs. In latest years, it has targeted on fishing boats and pontoons.
The enterprise grew to become the primary to open at eighty fifth Street and Minnesota Avenue in 2009. In late 2020, it was bought by Brian Tordsen, who spent greater than 30 years within the monetary providers trade.
