UFC 333 is set to take place on October 24, 2026, at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, live streaming exclusively on Paramount+.

The highly anticipated event features a stacked card with two high-stakes title fights headlining the main and co-main events. The UFC Featherweight championship is up for grabs as Alexander Volkanovski faces off against undefeated challenger Movsar Evloev in the main event.

Volkanovski, the current champion, will be put to the test by Evloev's exceptional wrestling skills, which have earned him a reputation as one of the toughest opponents in the division. However, Volkanovski has consistently demonstrated his ability to outmaneuver and outperform even the most formidable opponents.

In the co-main event, Petr Yan seeks revenge against Merab Dvalishvili, who defeated him earlier this year in December 2026. Their previous encounter was a closely contested match that saw Dvalishvili's attempt to break the record for four title defenses in a calendar year thwarted by Yan's flawless performance.

The two fighters have a history of intense battles, with Dvalishvili having previously emerged victorious in their 2023 matchup. This time around, Yan will look to prove that his previous victory was no fluke and secure the win he so desperately needs.

Supporting the title fights are several high-profile bouts on the main card, including Lone'er Kavanagh vs. Ramazan Temirov, Alexander Volkov vs. Rizvan Kuniev, and Aaron Pico vs. Losene Keita. The late preliminary bouts feature a mix of experienced veterans and up-and-coming prospects looking to make a name for themselves in the UFC.

The action-packed card gets underway at 7:00 p.m. ET, with Colby Thicknesse taking on Asaf Chopurov in one of the early matchups.

The highly anticipated UFC 333 event has kicked off in earnest, with Nicolle Caliari providing play-by-play commentary on the evening's matches. As per standard protocol, the bouts are being streamed live on Paramount+, allowing fans to tune in from anywhere in the world.

The first fight of the night saw Alexander Volkanovski take on Movsar Evloev, a matchup that promised to deliver some exciting moments. The two fighters began by trading leg kicks, with each man trying to assert his dominance early on. However, it was Evloev who managed to gain the upper hand in the first round, landing several solid strikes and taking Volkanovski down.

The second round saw a slight shift in momentum as Volkanovski started to find his rhythm. He landed some good punches and was able to push Evloev against the fence. However, Evloev's experience and skill were evident as he managed to scramble back to his feet and continue trading blows with Volkanovski.

Despite the intensity of the fight, neither man was able to gain a clear advantage in the early rounds. Both fighters showed incredible resilience and determination, refusing to back down even when faced with adversity. As the bout wore on, it became increasingly clear that this would be a closely contested match.

Volkanovski's experience as a champion proved to be a major factor in his performance, allowing him to stay calm under pressure and adapt to Evloev's tactics. Meanwhile, Evloev's aggressive style made him a formidable opponent, always looking for ways to gain the upper hand.

The action continued with several other closely contested matches, each one showcasing the incredible skill and athleticism of the fighters involved. From Petr Yan's dominating performance against an unnamed opponent to Lone' er Kavanagh's impressive victory over his challenger, every bout brought its own unique excitement and drama.

As the night wore on, fans were treated to a thrilling display of martial arts prowess, with each fighter giving it their all in pursuit of victory. With several more matches still to come, it was clear that UFC 333 would be an evening to remember for fight enthusiasts everywhere.

The action continued in the Octagon as Alexander Volkanovski and Movsar Evloev faced off in a highly anticipated bout at UFC 333. With several good punches from range, Volkanovski managed to stun Evloev once again.

Evloev was quick to cover up, trying to protect himself from further punishment. However, Volkanovski's relentless pressure eventually paid off as he landed some solid ground and pound strikes.

The damage proved too much for Evloev, who appeared hurt and struggling to defend against his opponent's attacks. The referee intervened, waving off the fight to prevent any further harm to Evloev.

In the official decision, Volkanovski emerged victorious over Evloev via TKO in round 2, with the stoppage coming at 4:54 of the second frame.

Meanwhile, another closely contested bout was underway between Petr Yan and Merab Dvalishvili. The first round saw Dvalishvili land a hard right hand early on, followed by a successful single leg takedown attempt.

However, Yan managed to escape from the initial shot, only for Dvalishvili to try again shortly after. Despite his best efforts, Yan was unable to defend against Dvalishvili's relentless attacks, which included a bodylock that sent him crashing down to the mat.

Dvalishvili lands a knee and then separates from Yan, momentarily creating some distance between them.

In response, Yan unleashes a body kick, one that he had used successfully in their previous encounter.

Unlike last time, however, there was no visible sign of pain or discomfort on Yan's face as he landed the kick.

As Dvalishvili attempts to close the gap once more, Yan is able to defend against his opponent's takedown attempt.

Dvalishvili's relentless pursuit forces Yan to stand and engage with him in a striking exchange, which Yan seems to be handling well so far.

The body kick has proven effective for Yan, but Dvalishvili continues to land good punches and leg kicks of his own.

Yan lands a powerful right hook that could potentially turn the tide of the fight in his favor.

As the two fighters continue to exchange blows, Yan starts to gain momentum with a series of quick combinations.

Lone'eer Kavanagh's opponent, Ramazan Temirov, came out swinging with his signature spinning kick, but it was blocked by Kavanagh in the first round of their match.

The action slowed down significantly after that initial exchange, with Temirov not displaying the same level of aggression he has shown in past fights.

However, Temirov eventually managed to land a big right hand that caught Kavanagh off guard.

Kavanagh quickly regained his composure and popped a jab before throwing a leg kick.

Temirov attempted to swing at Kavanagh but was met with a counterattack that left him stumbling backwards.

In a quick turn of events, Kavanagh unleashed a flurry of punches that sent Temirov crashing to the ground.

The referee stopped the fight immediately, awarding Kavanagh the TKO victory in the first round.

The pace of the fight picked up significantly in Round 3 as Kuniev landed some big shots early on, but Volkov still managed to control much of it.

However, Kuniev's aggression paid off, and he was able to land a few good punches before the round slowed down again.

Volkov continued to keep Kuniev at range with his jab and kicks, making it difficult for him to get close to landing any significant strikes.

As the round wore on, Kuniev grew increasingly frustrated, but he refused to give up, darting in and landing a few good punches before they traded hard right hands.

The action then slowed down again, with both fighters hesitantly circling each other before Volkov landed a hard leg kick that seemed to take some of the steam out of Kuniev's offense.

With just 30 seconds left on the clock, Volkov took Kuniev down with a leg kick and quickly transitioned into a chokehold, but he was unable to get it locked in tight enough to finish the fight.
