Tesla’s (TSLA) upcoming AI chip, the AI5, will be made by Samsung (SSNLF) in Texas in addition to by TSMC (TSM) in Arizona, CNBC’s Kif Leswing reported, citing feedback made by CEO Elon Musk on the corporate’s earnings name. The CEO stated the corporate is aiming for “excess production” and any chips not utilized in automobiles or robots can be utilized in information facilities.
