Academy Sports + Outdoors is bringing its seventeenth Alabama location to Gardendale.
Mayor Stan Hogeland introduced the deal on social media, saying it got here collectively “after many years of persistent recruiting.”
According to Hogeland, the 55,000-square-foot store can be positioned on Odum Road close to Exit 271 off Interstate-65, subsequent to Longhorn Steakhouse.
