FLORENCE, S.C. — Rapper Kodak Black was sentenced to probation Wednesday for assaulting a teenage lady in a South Carolina resort room.
Black was initially charged with rape, however accepted a deal and pleaded responsible to first-degree assault on the Florence County courthouse.
Black, whose authorized identify is Bill Kapri, faces a 10-year suspended jail sentence. He will not must go to jail on the cost so long as he completes 18 months of probation, media retailers reported.
