Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch a ₹1 lakh crore fund on Monday to promote non-public sector-driven investments in analysis and improvement, as he inaugurates the primary Emerging Science and Technology Innovation Conclave (ESTIC) 2025 within the capital.
