Nischelle Turner 1st Black woman to host ‘Entertainment Tonight’


“I’ve known this news for a couple weeks and have been thinking of what to say when it was released,” Turner wrote in an Instagram put up on Thursday, saying thanks and paying homage to the various Black woman who got here earlier than her and nonetheless work in broadcast tv, together with Carole Simpson, Oprah Winfrey, Pat Harvey, Gayle King, Hota Kotb, Robin Roberts, Tamron Hall and Joy Reid.
