Lisa Byington has been hired by the defending NBA champion Milwaukee Bucks as the group’s tv play-by-play announcer for video games on Bally Sports Wisconsin, the Bucks introduced Wednesday.
The transfer makes Byington the primary lady hired as a full-time TV play-by-play announcer for a serious males’s skilled sports activities group.
Byington replaces longtime Bucks announcer Jim Paschke, who retired on the finish of final season after calling the group’s video games for 35 years.

In March, Byington was the primary lady to do play-by-play on the NCAA males’s basketball match when she labored in first-round video games for Turner Sports and CBS.
