A federal choose on Wednesday gave Harvard University a landmark victory in its struggle in opposition to the Trump administration, siding with the Ivy League faculty in its effort to revive greater than $2 billion in federal funding for analysis frozen by the White House.
The choice from US District Judge Allison Burroughs rejects the administration’s argument that it was concentrating on the college in an effort to crack down on antisemitism on the college’s campus.
